Volunteers are an essential part of our program. We would not be able to operate without the dedication of our wonderful volunteer team. Currently, there are five areas where we are looking for volunteers:
Saturday Volunteers - We currently have a strong need for both men and women volunteers to work with the children in both our Growing Achievers Program and Metamorphosis. We ask that our volunteers commit to one Saturday per month (you are more than welcome to do more). Our volunteers assist with the lessons, all activities and games and are chaperones when we take the children on trips. Additionally, our volunteers help with both the set up and break down of all activities and lunch.
Activity Planning - We are always looking for new ideas and creative ways to engage the children. If this is your area of interest, we could use your creative insight in planning lessons, activities and games for our Saturday Program.
Grant Writing - Do you desire to enrich children’s lives? Would you like to ensure that children have access to quality programs and activities that will enrich their lives physically, mentally and spiritually? Well, Blessings Inc. is in need of you! We are in need of individuals with a background in grant writing that are willing to donate their time and expertise in writing grants for our organization.
